Here’s How It Works
As patients enter your medical office your Medical Assistant staff will include the Deep EmpathyTM assessment to their check-in process. Staff answers any patient questions capturing the details. After the patient completes their intake and assessment results are immediately compiled and sent to the physician. The MA then takes the patients vitals and rooms the patient.
During a telehealth visit the MA will send the assessment to the patient and walk them through each question prior to their medical visit.
